Bento 1.2

June 26, 2010

A trip to the Asian Supermarket inspired me to make a stir fry.  As I feed two people and use entire recipes, that leave plenty of leftovers for bento lunches!  My newest addiction are green onion pancakes that I pan fry in a teaspoon of olive oil (picture 1)

Hey! Where did you get those soys and lychee jelly? Not to mention the 100 calorie pack of guacamole.

The soy containers were bought at Shop Minoya in Plano, TX across the street from the Plano Half Price Books. You just fill them with your own soy sauce. Lychee Jelly was purchased at the Asian Supermarket at Legacy & 75 in Plano, TX. I found the guacamole at a little organic/health food store at White Rock Lake called Green Spot. 🙂
